Don't you love, when you have a kid you get to experience your childhood all over again and again with each child that you have. I only have one but I am sure it is the same with each kid. How many times would you ride down the slide at the park, enjoy every animal at the Zoo like it was the first time you had ever seen an elephant ("Dumbo" In Kaden's world), watch Sesame Street, make a snowman, get out the playdough, and fly a kite. These are just a few of things that I think are incredibly fun to do with Kaden.
Yesterday Kyle, Kaden, and I went to the Zoo. It was fun seeing all the animals that Kaden has been learning the last few months. His favorite animal was the baby giraffe. He was a little perplexed by the elephants he said they were "soooo big." He loved seeing the penguins thanks to Happy Feet.

We took Kaden to the Jazz game, he did great, all he wanted to see was The Bear. The Jazz won thank goodness because Kyle was just about to lose it. To all of you who know Kyle, he is a very calm and loving person, but when it comes to sports there is a beast unleashed from within his soul.

The joy of a Snowman

All Kaden could think about when it started to snow, was when he could get outside and make a snowman. I don't know why he has such a fascination about snowmen. Every snowman we pass in the car Kaden screams "mommy mommy a snowman" Kyle is always such a good sport and loves to go and play outside in the cold with Kade. They were outside for hours this day making snowmen riding on the four wheeler and sledding, they started a snow cave but didn’t quite finish it. There's no place on this earth like the FARM. There are so many fun things to do. As kids we were always outside. Television was not a part of our daily lives.

40 miles in 4 hours

So most of you know we live in Eagle Mountain and we love it, but every once in a while it has its negatives. Yesterday for example I played basketball at work and left an hour later as usual. BAD DECISION. By the time I got on the road the snow and wind were unbelievable. It took me 2 and a half hours to get about 15 miles from home. The time was now 6:30 and both roads into EM were blocked due to accidents. So after a pit stop at Smiths with about 200 other people. I decided to get back on the road for another hour drive until I made it home at 8:07 pm. I drove 40 miles in 4 hours. There were times I couldn't see 5 feet in front of the car. But luckily I wasn't one of the 40 people that had to abandon their car on the road into EM. The funny thing is that if I would have left at the normal time (3 or 3:30) I would have been home by 4:30. I wonder if there are job openings in Phoenix???

I think I hate blogging!!!

I think this woman would have a better chance of getting this whole blogging thing figured out without giving up several times.
I have not blogged for a long time. The last several posts have been from Kyle hence the lack of photos. We had the internet for sometime thanks to, well who knows one of our neighbors, and then they secured their line. What were they thinking didn't they understand we depended on them. Don't say you have never surfed off someone’s wireless network. Kyle finally convinced me that it would be worth the money to get our own line. You could say that I am beyond CHEAP; I especially hate to spend money on things that I was getting for Free. It was a secret sin that I loved and would probably still be committing if someone around me had an unsecured network. To all of you have your network open to the rest of the world I thank you. Getting to the point why I think I hate blogging. I thought I might TRY to change our boring web page to something new and exciting. When I did that it erased my links, pictures all the new things I learned how to do in the blogging world. So the question is, do I tread through these hard times of bogging, or just give up the ghost?
