How old am I?

I enter the blogging world very cautiously, but here goes. For the past week some of the guys at work and I have been gearing up for the inter-department annual flag football game. It has been years since I sprinted on a football field and I feel no younger then 45 while out there. The good thing is those guys that actually are 45 run like they are 65 so I think I will be OK.
